At 4:36 p.m., police were called to the juvenile's home at East 4th Street and Lord Avenue after Julian M. Perez Pareja exposed himself, officers said.
Police were unable to locate Pareja at the time, but an investigation led to Pareja's arrest on Wednesday, Dec. 27 at the 300 block of Avenue C, officers said.
Pareja was charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
